Recova ("Recova," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Dmitry Rossi LLC, 442 5th Ave, New York, NY 10018. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our revenue-recovery services for home services businesses, including text messages (SMS/MMS) sent to their customers.

Information We Collect

We collect contact information (such as name and phone number) and account or invoice details provided to us by the businesses we serve, for the purpose of sending billing, payment, appointment, and account-status messages to their customers. We also collect message delivery and engagement data (such as delivery status and opt-out requests) needed to operate the messaging service.

Contact and Support Requests

If you use our contact form, we collect your name, reply email, optional company, request category and message to review and respond. Requests are stored in a restricted support queue with a record of review activity. We also retain a keyed network identifier for abuse prevention; the form does not store your raw network address. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send account, billing, payment reminder, and appointment-related text messages to end users who have provided prior consent;
• Maintain accurate consent and opt-out records;
• Operate, secure, and improve the Recova platform;

SMS/MMS Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information that describe consent or SMS opt-in, phone numbers, or consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Recova messaging service (such as our telecommunications carrier) for the purpose of delivering messages.

End users may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on account activity.

Data Retention and Security

We retain consent, messaging, and opt-out records for as long as necessary to operate the service and comply with applicable law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold.

Your Choices

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive, or by contacting the business that engaged Recova's services directly.
