These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the messaging program operated by Dmitry Rossi LLC ("Recova," "we," "us," or "our"), 442 5th Ave, New York, NY 10018, on behalf of the home services businesses that use Recova to communicate with their customers.

The Messaging Program

Recova sends account, billing, payment reminder, appointment, and account-status text messages (SMS/MMS) to end users who have given prior express consent to receive them. By opting in, you agree to receive these recurring messages from or on behalf of the business you engaged.

Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies based on your account activity with the business. Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your wireless carrier.

Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP at any time to cancel your subscription and stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all mobile devices or carriers may be supported.

Disclaimer

The messaging service is provided on an "as is" basis. Recova and the businesses it serves are not liable for any delays, failures, or inaccuracies in message delivery.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
