YOUR WORKFLOW. A CLEAR STARTING POINT.
Let’s work through the bottleneck.
Tell us about one process that takes too much time or gets stuck between people and tools. We’ll use a short discovery conversation to understand the problem before proposing a solution.
What happens next
- Walk through a recent example, the systems involved and the work your team does today.
- Agree the first workflow, a starting baseline and what a useful improvement would look like.
- Review a written proposal with implementation, recurring service, usage limits and acceptance criteria.
No payment is required to request a review. This form requests a call; a team member must confirm the time by email. It does not book a calendar slot or activate a service.
How we price the work
Scope, integration complexity, volume, support needs and the value of the agreed outcome all matter. A focused workflow and a process spanning several teams need different proposals. Implementation is separate from ongoing operation, maintenance and any agreed improvements.
Each proposal states what is included, third-party costs, usage limits, the billing start, review dates and cancellation terms. New scope or usage charges require agreement. Estimated savings are assumptions to validate, not a guaranteed return or an automatic percentage fee.
A pilot with something to prove
Start with one workflow. Record the baseline, test the connections and exceptions, and review the result together before expanding. Integrations and AI capabilities must be verified for your business before activation.
